Greetings! My name is Eric Ginsberg, and I am a student at the University of Central Florida majoring in Mechanical Engineering, and minoring in Hospitality Management with a focus in Theme Parks. This website serves as a portfolio of any projects I am currently working on or have completed in the past. Currently, I am an Engineering Intern with Global Attraction Programs at the Universal Orlando Resort, learning all I can about being a professional engineer in the Themed Entertainment Industry. While not in classes or Universal, I am working on a life size animatronic figure, while also improving my RFID PC Power Switch. Previously, I was a Porter on the Hogwarts Express at Universal, which expanded my skills in the themed entertainment industry in guest service and hospitality. Additionally, I was an Undergraduate Research Assistant under the direction of Dr. Haitham Al-Deek, where I was researching various highway safety topics for various agencies in Central Florida. This position allowed me to expand my proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, and expand my knowledge of different engineering disciplines. I have also previously worked at Six Flags Great Adventure as a ride operator on the world's tallest roller coaster, Kingda Ka.
